Egdon Resources plc (the “Company”) was informed today that as a result of his recent marriage the beneficial shareholding in the Company of Mr Ken Ratcliff, a Non-executive Director, has increased by 103,500 shares.

Mr Ratcliff’s total beneficial shareholding in Egdon Resources plc is now 156,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.12% of the issued and voting share capital of the Company.
