Egdon Resources plc (AIM:EDR) announces that Jerry Field is to step down from his role as Technical Director of Egdon with immediate effect following his retirement from the Company.
Coincident with Jerry’s departure we are pleased to announce that he will be replaced on the Board with immediate effect by Martin John Durham, Egdon’s Exploration Director, who joined the company in September 2014. (more…)
